About Us
We are the Wretched Union of Souls, founded on October 8th, 2005 by Ryadread in the Undercity.
The Wretched Union of Souls (WUoS) is a family oriented guild of Horde races on the Dalaran Server. We stand on the tenets of respect, kindness, honesty, and loyalty. Even though Ryadread has moved on to other adventures in the world of Azeroth, the guild continues to thrive and grow under the leadership of Lonya, our new guild leader.

1 - Rules and Regulations
Be aware of the rules and regulations that Blizzard has put in place. Many of these are simple common sense, but it's amazing how many people have a hard time understanding things like "Don't give out your password" and "Don't harass people".

2 - We're a Family Guild
Though we are a fun, laid-back group, we are also a family guild which means that there are a lot of kids on as well as their parents. Excessive use of foul language and/or inappropriate behavior in guild chat will earn you a warning, then removal from the guild.

3 - We're not a Raiding/Farming Guild
If you're looking for a raiding or farming guild, you have come to the wrong place. Don't get us wrong, we love gear, we love to win, and we play hard, BUT the keyword here is "play". World of Warcraft is, after all, a game, and we pay to enjoy ourselves, not be stressed out because Maiden didn't drop our set piece, etc.

4 - Support Your Guildmates
There's an old Buddhist proverb that goes, "If you light a lamp for somebody, it will also brighten your path". Remember that if you want help, you need to give it as well. Mooches, whiners, and ninjas will not be tolerated.

5 - Issues within the Guild
If you have any issue with the way the guild is run, or with someone in the guild, bring it to the attention of one of the guild officers or the guild leader. That is what they are here for! If someone is harassing you, or doing something you know is wrong such as being a ninja looter, or if you simply are having a hard time finding help, please let us know!
We want you to have a fun and enjoyable WoW experience and love to help out the guildies as much as we can!

6 - Have Patience
Please remember that not everyone has the same style of gaming that you have, and may not be as knowledgeable as you are. If you don't like someone's play style, just don't group with them.

7 - New Members
We are always looking for and accepting new members! We don't have any restrictions on races, classes, or levels. We are an equal opportunity guild!
All new members will be under a four week probationary period.
This is so we can get to know you, and you can get to know us. Keep in mind that inappropriate behavior can still earn you a removal from the guild even after the probationary period.
We are a very casual guild and always have a blast in our guild runs!

8 - Have Pity On Your Officers
The officers love helping the guildies. But please keep in mind that because of that very fact, we are often besieged with requests for help. Unlike lower level instances, high-level ones require you to run in a group. For this reason, many of us are out there helping the high-level guildies get their quests done (Some require 10 or more people!) We try to take turns doing this so that at least one of us is available for helping everyone else. It's not always possible, but we try. Just please be understanding if we can't help you right away.

9 - The Management
The Officers of the guild are your "go to" people when you are having a problem with something in the guild. We value every one of our guild members and do not want to see any of them leave.
If you have an issue with anything or anyone in the guild (no matter how small it may be), you have a right to bring it to the attention of an officer immediately
and we will try our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
If the issue you have is with an officer, or the officers in general, by all means feel free to bring it to the Guild Leader.

10 - Class Leaders
Class Leaders are the "go-to" people for questions about your class and talents.
The forums have a section for each class where you can post questions, comments, etc.
